How uninsured motorist cases work
These cases are handled outside of the traditional justice system. Claims are litigated through a private arbitration system. We will choose an arbitrator on your behalf and the insurance company will choose an arbitrator. These arbitrators will then agree upon a third arbitrator. The claim is then litigated in front of the panel of three arbitrators, which makes a decision on the merits of the case. If you are found to have established your case, your insurance company will pay your damages.
